Accord Values Preamble

The Values of Accord influence how staff deliver service throughout the organisation. 
The Values of Accord are: Accountability, Respect, Partnership, Innovation, Passion, Quality of life and Excellence.

Each Value stems from a set of beliefs and principles. All seven Values are inter-related and each serves as a moderating influence on the others. Together these Values constitute a code which is used to enhance the culture within Accord.
